My collegiate goal is to achieve a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology. However, my ultimate goal is to obtain a Masters degree in Athletic Training. I feel that I am a good candidate for any team due to my team player mentality. I realize when I compete that I do so in an individual category, however, it is always there in my head that the points I earn help my team. Since I am usually the first to perform those points set a tone for the team. As for character I am dependable, trustworthy, and hardworking as my coaches will attest. My character also lends itself to my athletics and academics. For example, I never missed a day during off season and worked out on my own when I was at home on breaks. As a child of two teachers I have a firm understanding of how important a good education is and although I love sports I understand that it is my education that will benefit me the most in the future.
