Running track for a college is something I’ve always wanted to do. Although I didn’t get to run my senior year, I’d like to still get a chance at doing something I love. I like showing coaches what they find in an athlete, My coach calls me a diamond in the rough mainly because I may not look like much but I give honest work and always push myself past my potential. Although it may seem irrelevant I’ve won a Class 2A Football State Championship in 2018 and I’ve been given the Jim Minor Memorial Award.
As much as I want to be a starter for a track team just having the opportunity to run and help make everyone else better would mean so much to me and my family.
