Hi my name is Nolan McGregor I am currently a senior and I am a long distance runner for Assumption Catholic Secondary School in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. The aspect of me as an athlete that separates me from the others is how quickly I am growing and progressing and the potential that it shows. I started as a rep hockey player then entered the sport of Track and Cross Country the summer of Grade 10 and quickly got a passion for it. I have started taking everything (Diet, Training ect.) much more seriously within the last 6 months and I have already seen big improvements in my times and rank in my age group in Canada. I am already competing for championships with athletes who have been doing this since their early years of elementary school. I feel am very far away from my ceiling and I have a lot of room to grow. I can guarantee that you will not find someone more dedicated and hard working then myself and with direction I feel that I can can make a big impact on a team.
The place I can make the biggest contribution to the team are in Cross Country, 5000m, and 10000m.
My goal is to compete at a D1 level in track and cross country while pursuing by studies in Business.
