I have been running Cross Country and Track, since 7th grade and I joined Winter Track in 9th grade. In 9th grade, I was made the captain of the Junior High cross country and tracks teams by the coaches. This year, my senior year, I have been voted as a co-captain of the team by my fellow teammates. I am very hard working and my goal is to improve myself every day not just in running but in all parts of life. I have continuously improved year after year in running and in school which you can see by my times and my transcript. Specifically, in school, I am challenging myself by taking AP math classes and other AP and Honors classes. I also am apart of Leo Club, a community volunteer program that is partnered with the Lions club, and an avid member of the Yearbook Staff. My goal is to find a college to major in Economics or math to possibly go onto a Ph.D. program. When I am not running, I enjoy spending time helping the children at my church grow in their faith by assisting in the kid’s ministry program. I also enjoy spending my time with my teammates and friends playing sports and games. I am looking for any college that will challenge me academically as well as athletically.
