I have always hoped to play sports in college. I want to represent my school through my passion and persistence. Others refer me as being humble. I do not boast or brag.
I will do whatever it takes to not only improve myself, but help my team. I am a team player, but also set goals for myself. My freshman year, my goal was to make Districts playoffs. I was just shy of meeting that goal, but I did medal/place in the Dallastown Invitationals, which was a success. My sophomore goal was to again, make Districts. This time, I did. I came back with not only a District medal, but I also placed at the County Championship, which, to me, is an even greater honor.
My current goals are to break the school record for Triple Jump and place higher in Districts and Counties. With the league on hold, my goals are not defeated. I will continue to make myself stronger everyday. I built my own jump box when the track and gym was shut down. I hope with my dedication, I can still meet these goals later in the season.
