Hello Sir/Ma'am. I love Running, whether too or from something I love it, even when it hurts I love it, because I know It is getting me somewhere, and only by me getting there would tell if it was worth it or not. I started track my sophomore year because my family being African (came to the U.S 2016) were more centered on my studies and less sports, because they thought It wouldn't pay off, but after a while of me pleading since middle school they finally agreed, then that's where it all started, I realized I have a passion for this. Before COVID hit my junior year, I was already planning on beating my 400m PB by 4 seconds, which never happened because my schools indoor season of track was canceled. It was a huge disappointment but it fueled me more into working out and improving and I finally got my chance when outdoor season came. I believe I am a great addition to your school because of my work ethic; academically, physically and, mentally, because I push my peers to face their fears and I always try to lead by example. I plan on competing on the highest level I am hungry for competition I love it, its something that motivates me and keeps me on my toes and by Gods grace, I can prove it to you if you give me a chance.
