My collegiate goals are to continue to develop my technique, stamina, and speed that are needed to help me decrease my times and become a better well rounded athlete in the 110, and 300 hurdles. I believe with the proper training and coaching that I can achieve this. I have a good work ethic and take constructive criticism with positive attitude as well as being a great teammate and mentor to other's. I have a very good personality and get along great with anyone I encounter. And just like my athletics, I try just as hard in my academics. After college I would love to obtain a job in the sports field, either training athletes or coaching athletes.

- I attended S3 performance training in york, pa. for 3 off seasons to work on my speed, strength, and form for hurdling. At S3 I worked with former NFL football player Ron Johnson who played for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2005, and now is the Director of Athlete Performance. With his knowledge of athlete performance, I was able to obtain peak performance prior to each track season. Working with Ron definitely helped me understand key elements that go into achieving goals to decrease my times in the 110, and 300 hurdles. I also did hurdle work this past summer with Andrew Paskey who is an assistant coach for Trojan track club in York, PA, and is an active college hurdler with Upper Iowa University. Andrew is a former school record holder in the 300 hurdles. Under Andrew's guidance, I was able to learn new hurdle drills, hurdle techniques, as well as form over the hurdles.
