2021 Jack Roddick...Personal Statement
I enjoy the camaraderie of a team, working hard, and improving every day. That's why I've trained five days a week, including summers, for the past four years. To me, winning is pushing myself and seeing how far (and how fast) I can go. I try to apply the same mindset to everything I do, whether it's academic pursuits or playing guitar or cello. I plan to study engineering or architecture and look forward to a vibrant college experience where I can give as much as I get.

- For the past three years, I have trained with my coaches every day, sprinting on the track in the summer, technique in the winter, and lifting year-round. During the summer I do sprints(100s, fly 10s, 50s ), resistance sprints, and endurance sprints (400s 150s).
