Going into my junior year at State College Area High School, I am very excited to continue my track and field career. I have enjoyed adding to my high school career with my dedication to post season track through Nittany Track and Field where I have improved significantly in the 400 hurdles. Since high school primarily has given me experience with 300 hurdles since I live in PA, this opportunity is really important to me, and it has become my favorite event. I also enjoy the 800 and 400 as well. I am looking forward to competing in the 400 hurdles and 800m in Greensboro, NC at the USATF Junior Olympics soon. I am dedicated not only to my athletic goals, but also to my academic goals. I am motivated and extremely self driven. I do not let distractions, peer pressure, or anything else get in my way of achieving any of my athletic or academic goals. I enjoy being coached, and always want to be better and learn from the best. I think about a possible college career in my future every day, and I can't want for the possibilities to unfold this next year.
