Luke Mantzell '20 Recruiting Profile

Definitely a huge highlight in my running career was placing 22nd in the PIAA State XC Meet as a sophomore this year.  Receiving this medal completely changed my view towards running and has opened my eyes to the accomplishments I could achieve in later high school years and even as a college runner.

 I have been blessed so far to have placed 43rd and 22nd in PA and also 7th as a team my freshman year.  I have learned the many values of teamwork, dedication, sacrifice, leadership, and individuality in running my past two years.  I’m looking for a college that fits me with a great running program and even better academic program.  I feel I don’t have just the talent to run in college but I also have the commitment, work-ethic, and character to have an everlasting affect on your program.  As a great runner I know that I have what it takes to be on your team!
