I started my career in athletics 7 years ago and 5 of those, I have been specializing in the long jump event. Throughout this time, I have worked very hard to improve every day. My biggest goal in the short term is to get a scholarship to a good university, so I can show the high potential I have in sports and academics.
As an athlete, I consider myself to be very responsible, dedicated in my sport, and a hard worker to achieve my goals. Also, I always work hand in hand with my coach and follow the corrections and indications that she orders me. In addition, I consider myself a very good teammate since I like that all my teammates feel good and ready to give their best.
On the other hand, my academic life has been a little difficult since we have suffered several hurricanes, earthquakes, and the current pandemic. Despite that, I have kept my focus to continue excelling as a student and in all these years I have proven to be very diligent in my studies without complications.
As you can see, I have an excellent balance in what is my sports and academic career and that makes me a very good and unique candidate to belong to your teams. Thank you for your time and I hope you give me the opportunity to show what I am made of.
