Landon Carter '20 Recruiting Profile

I've been participating in Track field events since my sophomore year.  Throwing is not a dominate sport at my school, but I fell in love discus and shot put immediately.  One of my goals is to increase participation in throwing events at my school.  My attributes are a strong work ethic and strength.  I know that throwing at the collegiate level is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my life.  I want that!

In the classroom, I study hard and have a high GPA.  I'm involved in Interact and member of my church youth program.

I want to attend college where I can push myself in the classroom and athletically.  I'm open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible.  It's my desire to use track to be a role model to my peers.
