Walter "Ryan" Lovelace '22 Recruiting Profile

I want to run track at the most competitive level possible. I have run outdoor track since 6th grade, indoor track since 8th grade, and cross country since 9th grade. I love the sport and have a great passion and desire for it. I won state in middle school once with my team and twice as an individual. I have been an All-American on 3 separate occasions. I have racked up many other athletic accomplishments. 

Along with athletic accomplishments, I see myself as a leader in my school. I am actively involved with FCA. I am also maintaining a 4.0 GPA while taking many advanced courses and one AP course. I plan on taking the ACT at the end of my freshman year, this will be my first time taking it.

I love running and will do whatever it takes to be successful. I will work day in and day out for the goals I have for myself and the goals placed on my team. I will listen and follow directions. I will respect my teammates because ultimately we have the same goal. I hope to further my education all while doing something I love, with dreams of running professionally.
