My collegiate goals are simply to improve as a runner and be an asset to whatever team I join. I think that I am a good candidate for most teams because not only do I run workouts to the best of my ability, but I try my best to do 'the little things'. 'The little things' refer to anything that coaches or peers don't see, but is still important to athletic (or even academic) performance: stretching/rolling at home, logging training in a journal, getting 8+ hours of sleep, proper nutrition, etc. I think my emphasis on the smaller details makes me unique as an athlete and student.
