Tristan Meadors '20 Recruiting Profile

I'm a good team player. I'm responsible with school, sports, and work. I have a 3.73 GPA currently. I'm the type of person that is going to work continuously to get better at things. Some of my coaches have told me I'm very coachable. I find comfort in excelling at everything I do, so if I'm not doing well in sports, or life, I will strive to get better.

The last 2 years, I've advanced to Regionals in the 110H, as a Sophomore and Junior. My time has improved from a 15.5 as a Sophomore, to a 14.9 as a Junior. This year, as a Senior, I‘ve PR’d in the 60M Hurdles with an 8.54 at the Arkansas HS Invitational, and a 14.72 in the 110 Hurdles.

Not only have my times improved, but my grades have also. I've raised my GPA each year of HS, and plan to continue to challenge myself as a Senior. I just completed my second year of Dual Credit, and have 15 hours of college credit. My Senior year, I'm enrolled in a Pharmaceutical class and plan to obtain my Pharmacy Technician Certification before graduation. I'm truly looking forward to what will be one of the best years of my life.

In college, I'd cherish the opportunity to contribute to a track team, while pursuing a degree in Nursing, or similar medical field. I feel I could be an asset to any athletic, or academic program.
