junior year - track

800m 2:07pr - first time i ran it i hit 2:12 then 2second time i ran it i hit my pr with no mileage running and speed work.  I haven’t progress a lot in the mile this season beacuase i was in soccer but the season already end it. I hope to pr on district meet on the 1mile and 800m 

today march 29,2023 coach put me in the jv district meet and i hit 10:46 one second pr
