My name is Ryan Trahan and I am a seventeen year-old runner. My passion is running and competing. Everything I do is in coordination with improving myself, whether it be for the classroom or for running. Running is on my mind constantly, and I am always striving to become a better, stronger version of myself. My work ethic is something I take great pride in. I strive to never look back on a workout and say "I could have tried harder." As for the classroom, I work very hard to maintain an excellent GPA. I take advantage of every day in the offseason to better myself for competition. No day goes wasted.
I am always striving to be an example for other athletes and students in my school through good moral character, judgment, and leadership. I will always live by the statement "Be the hardest worker in the room." In general, I am a passionate, hard-working runner that will do anything to achieve greatness on and off the track.
