Winning the TAAF State Championship was the highlight of my career. However, I feel I grew the most as a leader during my time running with my outside-of-school track team. That experience helped me grow as a person and improve my skills as a track Star. I know I am capable of playing at the college level.
I was fortunate enough to be part of an amazing program, winning the 2022 TAAF state championship for 16u 110 Meter Hurdles. That year I learned a lot about the value of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, and leadership I learned a lot about my craftsmanship and skills. That year I learned a lot about how well you can improve with a hurdles coach I went from an 18.97 in school with no coach teaching me how to hurdle to a 14.87 for a club with a hurdles coach there only twice a week. I'm looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically. I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program. As a kid starting from the bottom and working his way up, I know that I have what it takes to be a leader and on your team and a player!
