my last year I'm trying to run sub 17:50 in highschool and in college i want to run sub 15 mins for the 5k. For the 800 meter I want to run sub 2 mins and in college I want to get it down to sub 1:50. My 400 meter I've mainly ran relays but I'd love to run the open 400 meter in college and run in the 46 second range. All these time I'd love to drop even more but those are my goals right now. I do want to get better. I stay after and do more work. I workout on my own. I not only want to push myself but want to push my teammates to be the best version of themself. I am willing to train all year round.
