Hello Coach, my name is Ian Bressel and I'm a sophomore at Logan High school in Logan, Utah. I specialize in cross-country, the 800 m, and the one mile. I was born to run and I know I have what it takes to help your team win races. My training has been purposely designed to minimize injuries and to reach my full potential in college and not during high school.
