Track Experience:

• Started track at age 13 as a 7th Grader
• Started track with USATF in December 2019
• 
  
• In 7th grade, I ran track for Bennion Junior High School and ran the 200m primarily. I qualified to run at The District Championships but unfortunately was unable to go. When I started running with Mercury Track Club my coach recommended I switch to Distance. I was immediately one of their best Distance runners. I only ran USATF indoor meets for Mercury that year.

In 8th grade, I ran Cross Country for Bennion Junior High School and was the 2nd fastest runner on my Team. I regularly placed top 20. My 8th grade Track season was cut short due to Global events.

•  As a Freshman, I Immediately was put on the Varsity Team for Taylorsville High School. That year at Taylorsville I was the 2nd fastest 800m runner and 5th fastest 1600m runner.  In my region, I was the 3rd fastest Freshman in the 800m.

As a Sophomore, I ran Cross Country and was on the Varsity Team.  During Track I was the fastest 800m Runner on the Team.  I was also the fastest Sophomore in my Region. I placed 5th overall at the 800m in the Region 2 Championship. I helped Anchor the 4x800m that broke Taylorsville's School Record.  At UHSAA 6A State I was the youngest 800m runner to qualify.

• After my Sophomore track season, I ran USATF.  I was undefeated in the 800m for most of the season. In the 800m, I placed 2nd and in the 1500m, I placed 4th at the Region 11 Championship.  I qualified for USATF Junior Olympic Nationals and was able to run there. I ran my best 1500m of the year there.
