My name is Liam Attwood and I am 15 years old and I go to Windsor High School in Vermont and I graduate the year of 2023. I started doing cross country when I was in 6th grade and after my first season, I fell in love with running so I continued to do cross country. I have a ton of success from the past years of doing cross country, When I was in 8th grade I won my first race and also won the conference.
After my second year of doing cross country, I really wanted to run xc in college and my coaches have done a great job of training me for the next level. My coaches really motivate me to be a really good runner and I think that really helps me with my confidence. During xc season I am also on our golf team and me and my couches are very flexible when we have a golf meet on the same day as a golf meet and also practices. In the offseason, in the summer I go to a running camp and I learn a lot and improve my running. I've been inspired to run at the college level because of my coach ran xc in college.
