Personal Statement
My goals and aspirations as a runner are to achieve my highest potential. I wish to better myself through my pursuit of my best self, delving into running brings me peace of mind and it has given me the best friendships i could have ever asked for. I have worked through many struggles in my life but have always come out for the better. I believe that cross country is not an individual sport, therefore when I run, I am not just running for myself, I am running for my team. If I run for your team, I will give it everything.
