I’m Connor Palmen, I’m a Junior from Medical Lake, Washington and I’m interested in competing collegiately in both Track and Cross Country. I believe I exemplify what it means to be a leader and I carry an extreme and competitive passion for distance running. I have PR’s of 1:58.77 in the 800, 4:34 in the 1600, and 17:10 for 5K XC.
