Matthew Friddle '11 Recruiting Profile

Hey I'm Matt and my love is track. I work extremely hard to be the best this year in the jumping events. I work out about 3 to 4 hours 6 times a week to get into the best shape possible, I love working out. My first year of doing High Jump was my Junior year and my pr was 6'2 and I went to state the first year doing it. I also love triple jump and do long jump. I plan to see great improvement this season one because I'm working harder then I ever have and two because it wont be new to me and I wont have to learn it all i can just work on getting better at it. I'm still looking at a couple things for my major, they are sports broadcasting, physical therapy, and athletic training. My goals this year in track are to break the school record for high jump and triple jump and also make it to state for triple jump and win state for high jump.
