I have been on a relentless pursuit of athletic improvement over the last 2 years. I have made it a personal mission to always do my best, gain weight, add muscle and add speed. I have been accomplishing this through regular training, even in the off season. I have read numerous running books for strategy, worked with a professional runner for a few months and this past year I am training with a personal athletic trainer to improve my performance.

My goal for the 800 M is under 2 minute mark. My split in the 4x800 is 1:58 so I am accomplishing this in the 4x800 relay so far.
My goals are to run the 1600 around 4:20 or less this year.
My goal for the 3200 is 9:40 or better.
My academic goals include attending an accredited college with high academic focus where my peers have same intellectual abilities as me. I would like to go into the medical field, possibly becoming a surgeon or dentist.
