My name is Randy David Johnson Jr,
· Personal Collegiate and Career Goals ~ I wish to attend a University where I can and Will Give My Best in College Athletics and Academics ! Whereby Earn my Degree in Political Science/History and Law.
I come from a very close family, my mother and father taught to be loving and considerate of each other and those surrounding us. My brother and sisters where always surrounded by Good Music, Great Books and a lot of sports. We were taught to Understand and Appreciate the Value of an excellent Education and the importance of keeping one ‘self in good personal shape’.
By Nature, I am a very Optimistic Person… I Believe that I Can and Do Accomplish most Goals that I set for Myself because I always Study, Train and then give 120% of myself to that effort.
As well as combined with the additional fact, that my father was an excellent athlete in most every sport from Track to Baseball to Football to Basketball ++. These genes can be seen in All my siblings as well as my Father... He is a true concerned perfectionist, his Will to Be Better and Help others less fortunate has been well passed on to each of us..
My mother, is without a doubt one of the hardest workers and most dedicated persons you will ever meet, she Believe’s every Project has it’s own Importance and we should take Our Time & Care to Do Our Best! Mom is Always There. And she is a Good Cook J
I know for fact, that we all enjoy spending time together whether on vacation or at home always surrounded by … I have been taught to Work Together as a Team and We Each Play Important Roles in Our Siblings Lives..
As to my athletic abilities
I must admit that – I had a Rough start as I had a Speech Impediment, Slow Reader and I think I had Two Left or Right feet (kind of uncoordinated)..
However, I learned that my father was the exact same way when he was a youngster & Now – We both are extremely well coordinated, avid readers, tacticians, excellent public speakers.. I Believe in Training - Daily
I have been very fortunate ~
Sports Career
But Running is my Love… How I started Running
I started running in 5th Grade it was just a running club after school. We started at ½ a mile and worked up to 5 miles. It was amazing for me it was easy and I found enjoyment in it. So I continued it in to middle school. And from there it became a natural thing that I would do because I liked it. And the competition in it just fuels me even more.
Spent the last few years Training with the older runners from our high & college athletes during the off months.
~ Middle School Cross Country Career – I was fortunate to have Finished my 7th & 8th Grade Seasons – Undefeated
~ Middle School Track Career – Again I was fortunate to have Won 26 of 28 Races spanning the 200M, 400m, 800m and 1600m Events. Setting School Records in Three Events.
~ 3K-5K Road Races – Once again able to Win the (13-14 Age Division) in the 2x Cell Com 5k, 2x Packers 5k, 3x Ashwaubemay 5k, 2x Brett Younger 5k, 2x Aurora Spooky Sprint 5k, 1x Bellin Health 10k, 1x Austin Straubel Airport 5k, 2x Neenah Invitational, 2x New London Invitational,

People who inspired me
Two people who inspired me where my sisters Anastasia & Tatiana, they were always better than me – in just about everything !! So in my mind I had to equal or beat them. And I got older I moved from them to whoever else was better and I kept going from there.
Another person who inspired me was my dad… He was one of the best runners in the state when he ran… His main event was Sprints, especially the (440 yd) 400 meter dash. Which he has taught me all the techniques necessary to Win. One being you need a ‘Special Finishing Kick’ at the end of every race whether it’s for holding someone off or passing someone - with it you will almost never lose.
