Joshua Krogstad '25 Recruiting Profile

 Hi, I'm Joshua Krogstad. I first fell in love when I was playing beach volleyball down in Mexico. I have six years of experience and I am willing to put in any amount of effort necessary to win and progress as a player and student.  I am 5'10 and 155lbs, My main position is a setter, however I also play libero as well. I am a very friendly person and I love helping other people reach their goals as well as mine. I am a multisport athlete, I play basketball and golf in addition to volleyball but I have also played hockey for over 8 years of my life. This year our school team managed to place 1st in our valley championships moving us to provincials. At provincials our team ended up in fourth place barely losing to the championship team in the semi finals. I was selected onto the Provincial 1st team All-Stars as the starting setter. The main reason I am trying to get into colleges is to further my abilities and hopefully play professional volleyball. Playing in college will help me with my skills and leadership, all which helps on the court and off the court. I am also currently completing my certification for volleyball referee.
