I first started playing volleyball, and sports in general as a way to escape from life and all the downfalls in it, but over time it has evolved to a lifestyle for me, dedicating almost all of my time to playing. Not just for getting better, but because I enjoy it, and I enjoy the peace of mind and clarity it gives me not having to worry about anything else except volleyball. What makes me more equipped than other candidates is that not only do I have an intense passion for playing volleyball, but as a team sport I'm very passionate about the team as a whole improving as well as everyone on the team performing to the best of their capabilities and doing whatever I can to make sure that happens.
