Alan Garavito '27 Recruiting Profile

I want to play at the collegiate level, I prefer not to play as a Defensive Specialist or a Libero, I want to play as an Outside Hitter. My goal is to show others that even short people can play volleyball and it doesn't have to be Libero. I want to be the admiration of others. What makes me a good candidate is my drive, my goals, and my work ethic, some people work really hard, but I work both hard and smart, given I'm a short volleyball player, that requires me to play smart, I know a lot about volleyball, and I'm a very analytical player. What makes me different in comparison to the other recruits is the goals and my aspiration to be a better player than the day before, I make sure that I am at least a little better than yesterday, and have that as my goal every day, whether it's mentally or physically.
