Kevin Ross '26 Recruiting Profile

Volleyball has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and it’s something I’m truly passionate about. I’m a junior in high school, and I’ve been lucky enough to play on both my high school varsity team and a competitive club team. My main position is Opposite Hitter, and I love the challenge it brings whether it’s delivering a strong attack, shutting down the other team with a solid block, or staying calm under pressure. I’ve worked really hard to get where I am, and I’m always looking for ways to improve and help my team succeed.  

For me, volleyball isn’t just a sport it’s a way to push myself, connect with others, and chase my dream of playing at the college level. I’m committed to being the best player and teammate I can be, and I take pride in being a well-rounded student-athlete. Off the court, I work just as hard in the classroom, maintaining a 3.8 GPA while balancing practices, games, and schoolwork.  

My Goals:

My biggest goal is to play volleyball in college. I want to be part of a program that challenges me to grow as a player and as a person, and where I can contribute to a team that values hard work, teamwork, and a love for the game. I’m looking for a place where I can continue to improve, compete at a high level, and make an impact.
