Out of the countless sports I have played during my life, volleyball is the most collaborative and character building sport. No other sport requires the amount of teamwork and synergy volleyball requires. Playing for mostly my school, I have been fortunate enough to be blessed to play with such friendly yet challenging teammates. My ability to overcome my own personal ego and sacrifice personal praise allows me to let those less fortunate or those who struggle feel prized and wanted. I do not believe in putting down teammates, instead, I focus on what they did good and give advice for what they can do better. My constant supportive approval of my teammates not only boosts their confidence but also produces greater results in performance. Ultimately, I want to become a college volleyball player because of my love for the sport. Not only do I find great joy in partaking in this physical activity, but I build character and get to create new relationships with my peers.
