Personal Statement

I thoroughly enjoy playing volleyball. I constantly work on my skills and truly wish to become the best player that I can be. I am looking for the college to help me develop my skills as an individual and as a member of a team. I also would like to get a high level of education so that I could one day get a stable job and settle down but I want to have fun while on my way to this goal. I always try to go to open gyms, practices and more just to play a little bit longer. I am extremely cooperative and will do anything for the sole benefit of the team even if it means that I would have to do something that I do not normally do in volleyball or in daily life. I work well with others, always giving suggestions to improve while building their confidence and morale. Off the court, I also am very active in my school's community. I joined a multitude of clubs and am averaging high honor roll grades, taking as many honors and AP classes as my school can give me. I describe myself as hard working, a leader and determined to do whatever I can to be the best that I can be.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
