Omar Gomez '24 Recruiting Profile

My Name is Omar Gomez and my biggest goal and aspiration is to play volleyball at the college level. I found volleyball my freshman year of high school and absolutely fell in love with it. Before volleyball I played lots of other sports including T-ball, baseball, basketball, flag and regular football where I learned the importance of being a team player as well as developing leadership skills.  When I play volleyball I am always the loudest player on the court and always cultivate good vibes to bring my team up. Being an under sized hitter I have to be more creative with scoring points but am willing to work hard to play the sport that I love.
