My name is Peyton Brown, I am a Libero/DS and i have played volleyball for 7 years. My love for the game is like no other sport I have ever played. My goal is to play volleyball at the highest possible level for as long as I can. Throughout my time playing volleyball I have been captain of every team I played for except the one I just joined after moving to Florida (FEVA). I recently moved here from Saskatchewan Canada where I found my love for the game in the footsteps of my older sister. In Canada I won 2 provincial titles one in indoor volleyball and one in beach volleyball where me and my partner went 32-0 throughout the beach season not losing a single set. Moving here is a big deal for me as there is so many more opportunities here to play the sport I love. After joining FEVA and becoming their 18u 1s team starting libero just 2 weeks after moving here I traveled to Texas and played in a national qualifying tournament. The weekend after we traveled to Fort Lauderdale where our team secured a bid to the Junior Olympic tournament in Salt Lake City this summer. I care a lot about my academics and strive to do the best I possibly can, holding above a 90% average. I think my drive and my determination to push myself to exceed everyone expectations of me is what makes me different from other people wanting to play college sports.
