Graylon Ody '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Graylon Ody and I am set to graduate in 2025. Currently, I am an outside hitter and defensive specialist, but I also have experience as a pin hitter, a libero, and a setter. This past July, I spent 10 days in China to compete in an international tournament against 5 Chinese college/university men's volleyball teams (games at https://www.youtube.com/@EvoOneTournament). That tournament allowed me to experience playing against elite level college teams and exposed me to the differences in international play.  At 6' 1, I try to utilize my speed and quickness to be an aggressive presence at the net. My arm speed allows me to find opportunities to swing over, around, and off the block. Additionally, I pride myself on being able to quickly transition to defense and set up my teammates with my passing. I come into practice with the mentality of getting better with every rep. 

I am looking for an opportunity to continue my development and compete at the college level. I would love to find a team who needs a smart, athletic, and coachable player to join them.
