Aloha,

My journey with volleyball began unexpectedly when my cousin invited me to join his club volleyball 14U team, primarily because they needed height. I agreed without hesitation, and from that moment, I fell in love with the sport. Now, as a sophomore attending high school in Hawaii, volleyball is now a significant part of my life, but my aspirations extend beyond the court.

 My goal is to earn a scholarship to a Division 1 school, not just for my volleyball skills, but also because I take my academics very seriously. Balancing athletics and academics is crucial to me, and I strive for excellence in both areas.

While I know I am not the best yet, I am committed to continuous improvement. Every practice session and game is an opportunity to learn and perfect my skills. My dedication to volleyball is matched by my academic pursuits, and I believe this balance will help me achieve my ultimate dream of playing for a D1 school and eventually making it to the Olympics.
