Some people play sports to stay in shape or use it as an outlet to express many emotions. But, I use sports as a gateway to seek new connections with people and to execute my passion for playing volleyball. Throughout my athletic life, sports have always been my roots. I was put into soccer in my adolescence and from then found my first passion. Like all good things, they come and go and in intermediate, my love for volleyball was found. Since then, the fire within me has ignited and overtook my love for soccer. It wasn't long until my schedule consisted only of volleyball.
I would be a good candidate for the next level because I've played multiple positions and would call myself a "utility" player, playing roles like setting, outside, oppo, libero, and defensive specialist. I don't have a favorite position, I find pride in being on the court and contributing to my team in every aspect that Iʻm able to.
