I have been trained in tennis since I could hold a racquet, and all of the high school tennis coaches expected me to play for them freshman year, but as you know tennis and volleyball are both spring sports in high school and I had to choose volleyball, the sport I had played since 6th grade for my middle school. I love the sport. Every coach I have ever had has told me that I am a team leader as well as a team player in that I energize my team to push harder and play better when games are tough. I would like to play for a college team who values hard work and who will invest in me not only as a volleyball player but also as a person.
