Greg Geake '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi,  name is Greg Geake.  I am an outside hitter, and I absolutely love the game of volleyball.  I have given it my all throughout the past year to get where I am today.  I don't plan on changing.  Volleyball is great, but academics come first.  My freshman year of high school was rough, and my GPA was very low.  One day I was tired of slacking off, and I wanted to give everything I had up to this day.  For the past 2 semesters, my GPA was a 3.9 with my last quarter being a 4.0, bringing my overall GPA up to 3.62.  What makes me different from other recruits is that I know what it takes to reach your full potential both on and off the court and I am not just willing to do the work, but I am actually doing it now.  Whatever it takes.  I believe that with your help and with your coaching I will go further beyond where I am today.  I'm still learning, and I hope I can learn more about myself and the game of volleyball through your team.
