Diligent execution, national competition exposure and diverse coaching strategies are experiences that I posses. My strong determination to succeed resulted in some notable highlights as: Being named to the 2018 USA Volleyball Boys Youth Continental Team that competed in Tulsa, OK. Earning the starting Middle Blocker position on the varsity team my junior year of high school and achieving the “dream season” going undefeated in conference play with an overall season record of 35-3. Winning our 2nd consecutive NIC-10 Conference Title and the 2019 Regional Title, which was a first in our schools history of volleyball. Being named to the 2019 All-Star Preps Volleyball Team for Best in the Region. Competing at the 2019 Nationals Tournament in Dallas, TX with my club team (VC United).
One of the most intriguing things I have learned about myself through volleyball was the undeniable passion I have for the strategy of the game. I have gained invaluable exposure to great coaches playing on the 2018 USAV BYCT and having the opportunity to play against other national club teams. It was at this point that I knew I wanted to play college volleyball over college football. I have gained incredible experiences with amazing athletes and coaches in this sport which solidified my decision and focus to pursue the opportunity to play in college while earning an undergraduate degree in Sports Management and go onto to achieve a Masters in Business Management.
My ability to implement game strategy, adapt to change and execute direction with precision are just a few of the many skills that I can offer your college program. I have a tenacious competitive spirit and an unwavering dedication to helping my teammates achieve their goals too. I like to challenge myself to grow academically as a student, athletically as a competitor, and socially through community service. I believe I have the talent to successfully compete at the college level. My character, work-ethic, and leadership skills will make a measurable impact on your program. As a two-sport athlete, 2-time captain and senior leader, I know that I have what it takes to be a major contributor to your team! I believe we succeed as a team through collective individual achievements both on and off the court.
