Hi there! My name is Daniel and I'm an outside hitter, and I am also keen on trying new positions to see if something fits me better. In open gyms I love to play everywhere to hone all my skills. I love volleyball; whether I'm playing with friends or people I've just met, its always so much fun for me. I am looking for opportunities to play competitively at the collegiate level so I can continue pursuing my passion past high school volleyball. I have been playing volleyball for 3+ years now. My high school didn't have a Varsity volleyball team until I joined in fall, contributing to building up my current team's passion by playing it together with them during our free time. When it finally started in the Spring of 2023, I was appointed captain, and I think of myself as someone capable of leading others on and off the court. I also have an incredible love for learning as I am always looking for improve my own skills in both my volleyball playing and my academics. I am also very interested in computers, computer science, and computer engineering, after taking relevant classes, I have built up resilience and problem solving skills that I carry with me into my volleyball games.
