My name is Max Baczynski, and I play volleyball at Ramapo High School in New Jersey and club volleyball at Warren Sixpack. I am currently a Senior and am one of two captains on my high school team. Junior season, with the leadership and guidance of my amazing coaching staff, I lead my high school varsity team in kills, aces, digs, and blocks. I also received several awards ranging from the league to the state. Because of my parents, I have a great work ethic to succeed. I am a respectful team player and a competitor. I am disciplined, have a very strong work ethic and am always looking to improve my game. I am also a multi-sport athlete (basketball), and I take academics seriously, as I have a GPA of 4.0. Lastly, I do a lot of service in my school and community whenever I get the chance.
