Personal Statement

As a volleyball player who dressed for varsity my freshman year, I would be an excellent addition to your team. Also during my freshman year I was voted co-captain of my JV team. I was voted this position my sophomore year as well. I am an excellent outside hitter, but versatile, comfortable, and capable in all other positions. My coach relies on me to be energetic and uplifting no matter the score. I began playing club and beach volleyball during the summer of 2019, and was offered a position on a award winning national team. However my JV coach started a new club, which I chose to join to further improve my volleyball and leadership skills. I am very eager to discuss my academic and volleyball career with you further!

AwardsHilliard Optimist Youth Appreciation Award, where I was one out of two males, from a class of 500. I’ve been an Honor Roll student every year of high school
ActivitiesI participate in my school's Thirst Project Club. I did 16 hours of S.T.E.P.S training. S.T.E.P.S is 4, 4 hour classes of training to be able to walk dogs at my local Humane Society. This included basic training to be able to walk dogs, and attend to cats and rabbits. I walk dogs at my local Humane Society for 4 hours, every month since the middle of 2016. Manna In the Morning (making sack lunches for the homeless).
