Ty Garrison '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I'm Ty, I go to an academically selective boarding school where there are no athletic teams. However, I have worked over the last few years to put together a volleyball team and have scheduled games with other local teams. I didn't start playing volleyball until junior year, but since I go to a boarding school I practice volleyball around 4 hours a day every day because I'm not allowed to go home or do anything else. I have always played basketball, baseball, and football, so I see volleyball as the perfect combination of all of those sports. I would love to play at the next level and will work as hard as it takes because through all of the sports I've played I've never felt more drive to improve than I do with volleyball.
