Volleyball has always been a big part of my life. My older brothers played in high school and I loved going to all of their games. I started playing in 5th grade for the Panther Volleyball Club in Warminster, Pa. It was with this club that I learned the fundamentals of volleyball. For the first 3 seasons I was never on a winning team, but I stuck with the sport because I loved it. When I was 14, my club team won a bid to play in the Open division. We were the youngest team in our club to make it into the Open division. With that little taste of success, I was hooked. I started practicing on my blocking and hitting and quickly became a valuable middle on our team. I currently play for Infinity Volleyball Academy and for the Central Bucks High School East Varsity volleyball team. I have been East's starting middle since my Freshman year and have been working hard to keep the position every year. I am an intelligent person both off and on the court. I am a member of the National Honors Society and have a 3.8 of 4.0 GPA. I am currently a Life Scout and am working on my Eagle Project so that I may earn the rank of Eagle Scout. I sing in my school's most select choir and attended the PMEA District 11 Concert Choir.
