My goal is to attend a 4-yr. college while playing varsity volleyball. Right now I have an interest in Psychiatry/Psychology. I just finished my junior year at Liberty High School in Spangle, Washington.
I started my fourth full year of club volleyball in November with Sideout Volleyball Club based in Spokane, Washington in the U17 age group. Our season was postponed in early March but I've completed a highlight video from 2 U18 tournaments and a men's tournament we played in before that. I've only included tournament play highlights, no pool play. I have been working hard at becoming a 6-rotation force in this, my second year at outside hitter and have caught up to some of the best players in the country. I am currently 6'4" (6'5" with shoes on) and touch 11'04" but expect to add quite a bit more size in the upcoming years. Last summer, I attended Junior Nationals with my team, took part in several college camps and played in numerous outdoor sand and grass adult tournaments. I will be attending camps this summer and plan to tour schools in the southwest, the midwest and the east coast in early fall and make a commitment, Covid permitting.
I maintain a high GPA, look to take a leadership role in athletic and academic pursuits and was our high school freshman class president. My junior year was my best yet, averaging a 3.75 grade point over both semesters and now have my cumulative above 3.50. I took college level classes for credit this year in English, Spanish 3 and Accounting, receiving all A's. My ACT was postponed from April to June and now until September but I have been studying for the test.
