My name is Reese Douglas. I have played volleyball since I was 7 years old competitively. I really want to go to a college that best benefits my future, as well as to be able to play the sport I love.
I play club volleyball for Milwaukee Volleyball Club. This is my 7th year there. We finished 5th in the nation two years ago and we are looking to improve on that this year. I lead by example. I work hard and play hard. I hope to think that I can make any team a little better. We drive 2 hours each way just for practice 2-3 times a week and have for the last 6 years. I hope this shows the type of commitment I would bring to any program. Attitude is an extremely important thing to me, I realize everyone's attitude affects a teams success. Following that I understand that every single person has an important role on the team.
My goal for my volleyball career and future are the same, 1) to be the best I can possibly be ; 2) help others along the way. Having art and being creative is very important to me, I'm hoping to choose a college that really fits me and my creative/athletic lifestyle. Thanks for considering me for your team. I look forward to hearing from you.
