Justin Ische '23 Recruiting Profile

My main goal is to focus on a strong education that leads to a successful career. The area of study is currently undetermined, however looking for an educational opportunity that will provide a variety of options. 

I am a good candidate because I am a smart player, I communicate on and off the court, I'm explosive while maintaining disciplined footwork and I play beyond my size.

Despite being one of the youngest players in my class (2023) I have taken that as motivation to pass my competition despite having less experience. I have also been rapidly improving, for example, my first volleyball experience was freshman year and I learned and improved so much I was playing on varsity as a sophomore. Now with playing club I have been exposed to more talented competition from across the country and it has shown me to be more creative and I have learned how to play my best volleyball.
