Matthew Munet '13 Recruiting Profile

Hello College Staff,
     My name is Matthew Munet and I attend Brea Olinda Highschool in Southern California. I write this to you as a sophomore; one with the goals to achieve greatness in every aspect of water polo. I strive to do my best in every small detail that could be taught and use instinct and athleticism to make every move in the water. You, as a coach, will not be disappointed in my work ethic. I work harder than any man in the pool, off the pool, and in the books. For coaches who need athleticism, hard work, smart playing, and charisma; I am the guy you want around the team, you as a coach, the school, and the coaching staff. Trust me, I will not let you down.
     Working hard is one thing I do not lack in the pool and in the books. I attend Brea Olinda Highschool and this very prestigious school is one of the very few in Southern California to obtain the Prestigious School Award. I, as a student and an athelete am able to achieve great heights in this schools rigorous academic courses and sports programs. I am able to maintain a 3.8 GPA; taking as many Honors and AP classes as I could in each year while still participating in sports, clubs, and extra curricular activities. As a student I participate, not only in sports, but clubs around school such as, NCSF, FCA, and hope by my junior year to start a club on my own. I also umpire in the nearby Little League as a job to make money and to help the community. I work hard to keep my reputation around the school positive in the sense that I am friendly to everyone, including teachers, and coaches.
